Barefoot Contessa... what exactly is "really good"?

I am a total Food Network junkie, I love all the Chefs, all the programs and I love trying out all their recipes but something has really been bothering me lately...

Ina Garten, The Barefoot Contessa, constantly says; "be sure to use really good...." when cooking or baking and I just don't get it!

What exactly IS "really good" ketch up? Or vanilla? Or olive oil?

I mean, I'm not an idiot, I already assumed she meant good quality, possibly organic, non-generic, whole fat, whole milk, whole calorie products (rather than skim or fat-free) but how do you know with things like ketch up? argh :(

I think at that point, she's just being pretentious and causing me a headache on Isle 4!
