NBL2: The end of the first week and weigh-in!
I think my ticker says it all... :-)
I lost almost 1 1/2 lbs this past week because I stuck to heating healthy, working out, staying hydrated and getting a great night's rest almost every night of the week.
I'm so proud of myself and even took this weekend off but not because I felt I deserved a reward, because I am sick. Ugh... I am really congested, have a throbbing headache and am light-headed. I really hope resting this weekend will do my body good and do it good enough to get back up and go to my Water Aerobics Class on Monday night.
For all of you who are on your own weight-loss journey, keep up the great work and I hope your work this past week was rewarded with your weigh-in today!
