House Update
The gentleman who is interested in buying our house back in TX had his inspectors come out yesterday and their write up was pretty good, only about $4,800 in recommended repairs.
We counter offered to give him half that, $2,400, at closing and he agreed.
WOO HOO!!!
Our Realtor is working with his Title Company and ours to begin the closing process and will be overnighting the documents to us today. If all goes well, we'll close on or before August 17th... yes, he moved the date up by a week. :-) I guess he really wants our house. LOL
