America's Best Place to Raise Your Kids (BusinessWeek)

David's career is here, in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have zero intentions of leaving (unless Pixar opens up a studio in Texas!!!) but this year's article "America's Best Place to Raise Your Kids" really touched me because the city I spent 6 years living in to attend college made the list: San Marcos, Texas!

I absolutely LOVED living in San Marcos for it's small-town feel, tight-knit community, college-town vibe, adorable downtown, HUGE Outlet Mall on the outskirts of town and, of course, Texas State University - San Marcos!
