4. Name seven things about yourself that others don't know:

• I'm originally from Austin, TX and am a true Southerner who loves her sweet, iced tea, fried Okra and home-made biscuits.  I also own a BBQ pit and can smoke a mean rack of ribs!
• I'm left-handed but you wouldn't know it by my really nice penmanship.
• I love to cook and write about cooking and my dream job would be to test and write up recipes for Real Simple and Cooking Light magazines.
• I have serious texture issues when it comes to food and absolutely can't eat oatmeal, yogurt, creamed vegetables, cottage cheese, and soggy cereal.
• I'm a wee bit of a freak about my hair; once I have fixed it I will absolutely freak out if anyone touches it or if the wind or rain messes it up.
• I have "fat knees" and my sister knows exactly what I'm talking about!
• I have an unhealthy obsession with reality TV and soap operas and use to schedule my college classes around my favorite shows.  Thank goodness for DVR!
