Third week of the Nestie Biggest Loser Challenge

I'm actually blogging about my weightloss and challenges as well as tracking my workouts and daily food intake on so, I won't be discussing much of it here, except maybe just to update my weight loss. :) Sorry to any who were interested... it's just way too much to keep up with in two different places.

So far, I am down 2lbs but I think that's because I am on my period AND I didn't workout the first week at all.

I have been doing really well with going back to the health club; I went Monday, Wednesday and Friday last week and have been Monday and Tuesday this week. :)
