Tuesday Toddler Tales

Emily has truly discovered the word; "hi", using it anytime she sees one us first thing in the morning, after a short absence like when I ran to the grocery store this afternoon, when David comes home from work, when one of us comes out of the bathroom, when Gran came around the corner today after being in the kitchen for 30 minutes, etc., etc.

Her eyes light up, her eyebrows arch upward, her face breaks out into the grin of all grins... she's as excited as one would think, should it be their birthday or they just found a pile of money!
