Recipe: Turkey Chili

OK, ladies (and gentlemen!)... for a super easy, semi-healthy meal, especially yummy during this cold, Winter season, try Turkey Chili!

1lb ground turkey
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1 pkg McCormick MILD chili seasoning
Your favorite cheese - I like a sharp cheddar

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the turkey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and brown. Drain if necessary!

Add the tomato sauce and the chili seasoning and mix well. If you desire, you can also add a drained can of your favorite beans and a drained can of corn... my hubby doesn't like either!

Cover and let simmer over Low heat for 15 minutes.

Serve and top with cheese and any other condiments you like, such as sour cream, chives or even bacon!
