Tuesday Toddler Tales

While I was gone this past weekend for my Annual Girl's Shopping & Spa Weekend in San Francisco, David & Emily were home alone, decorating cookies, doing art projects and hiding out in her beach tent.

Yes, her beach tent appears to be her new favorite toy!

She wants to eat in it, read in it, trap the cat inside of it and even convinced David to let her have her nap on Sunday in it (she did NOT nap, by the way, but she did stay inside and play for 2 hours!).

David always thinks up the coolest activities for Emily when I'm away and this week, that tent has been her daily go-to activity.  I think we'll even leave it up in her room for a few days since she likes it so much.  :)
