30-Day Shred: Day 7

Hello fat-busters!

With a LOT of encouragement from David and you guys, I am back on the workout/diet plan today and really pumped up for the coming week.  I ate well all day today and worked out this evening, just before going to bed.  My ankle is almost 100%, thanks for asking!  :)
