Tuesday Toddler Tales

Such an independent big girl, Emily is really eager to do everything all by herself!

She can now put on her socks, which I never realized was pretty difficult for a 3 1/2 year old, and her shoes, as long as they aren't too tight (i.e. too small!).

She also wants to read her favorite books to me, the ones she knows most of the words to and recognizes what comes next based on the pictures on the page; climb in and out of her crib herself (ugh... I'm probably really going to regret allowing her to do this!); get in and out of the bath herself as well as put the bubbles in and pick which toys to play with; get in and out of the car and buckle herself in her car seat; and brush her teeth herself.

Today, she even picked out her own socks and shoes, which was just hilarious!  Check out tomorrow's Wordless Wednesday for a photo of her choice.
