Thursday Thirteen
Just because I am often times totally random, this week's Thursday Thirteen is a list of some of my favorite things as of today, not over my lifetime:
1. Favorite chores: it's a tie between grocery shopping and bill paying
2. Favorite movie: The Bourne Identity/Supremacy/Ultimatum trilogy
3. Favorite cheeses: Fontina and Parmagiano-Reggiano
4. Favorite bands: Lady Antebellum and Daughtry
5. Favorite flowers: Hydrangea, Peonies, and Star-gazer lilies
6. Favorite books: Time of My Life, The Friday Night Knitting Club, and Little Earthquakes
7. Favorite bath products: Lush bath-bombs and bubble bath bars
8. Favorite restaurants: Chuy's, Nobu, Mighty Fine Burger, Rudy's BBQ, Nick & Sam's Steakhouse, Truluck's, La Pinata, and Carmello's (ok, now I'm drooling!).
9. Favorite magazines: Real Simple and Cooking Light
10. Favorite perfume: Lola by Marc Jacobs and Romance by Ralph Lauren
11. Favorite treats for myself: a spa pedicure, climbing into bed at 8:30pm to read for 2 hours before bed, having a glass of iced-tea while sitting outside in the sunshine on the beach, dinner out with my husband where drinks and a cab ride home are involved, getting up before everyone else to enjoy breakfast and the news... alone, and SHOPPING!!!
12. Favorite wines/sparkling/champagne: Vueve Cliquot, Mumm Sparling Pinot Noir, Domaine Chandon Extra-dry Reich, Hahn Syrah, and Barbolini Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro (that I have only found at Adesso on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland!)
13. Favorite things to wear: "Floods" (jeans rolled up capri-style) and flip flops!
